Ellevate Louisiana Mentor Program
- Mentor program runs from January 1 – December 31, 2022
- Mentor/Mentee pairs are expected to meet virtually at least 4 times throughout the year
- Mentors and mentees will meet on their own schedules
- Mentors and mentees will be matched according to career experience and interests
Criteria
- Mentees
- Must be an Ellevate LA member
- Able to communicate with mentor on a quarterly basis
- Mentors
- Must be an Ellevate LA member
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience
- Able to communicate with mentee on a quarterly basis
